Also called Maple Butter, and contrary to what the name suggests, Maple Cream is made with one ingredient only - Pure Maple Syrup. The process brings the syrup up to a higher concentrate, then cooled and churned to form the creamy texture.

Genugel is a trademarked name for a gelling agent made of Carrageen. Carrageen is derived from Irish Moss and red seaweed which makes all of our jellies vegan friendly.
