Every bottle of Flying Fields Maple maple syrup is thoughtfully crafted to ensure the highest quality. We use traditional methods combined with modern techniques to deliver a product you can trust and enjoy.
All of our products are made with our own Pure Maple Syrup, packaged in-house with our own custom designed labels. We love producing unique products and always appreciate hearing how you enjoy using them.
What's in a name?
We wanted to incorporate our maple operation with the existing property.
The 'fields' at Flying Fields Maple have two runways for landing private aircraft.*
*Notice to Aviators: Please note that our airstrip is a private, unmonitored aerodrome. Use of the runway is strictly Prior Permission Required (PPR). Please call or text 24 hr in advance for current field conditions and PPR.
